Skyriders (Pty) Ltd, established in 1988, is a leader in the South African rope access industry, providing cost- and time-saving solutions to clients in various industries who require rope access aided inspection, NDT and maintenance work to be done in difficult to reach, high-up locations. We pride ourselves in offering solutions at height to a wide range of problems that require “out of the box” thinking and innovation. Our specialist teams of highly trained rope access technicians are capable of working at height without the need for scaffolding or other means of access. In addition, we provide a multitude of access related services including netting and other platform concepts to ensure safety at height.  Skyriders offers work at height solutions to a local and international clients
in South Africa, Indonesia, Korea and Dubai, primarily in the power generation
industry, but increasingly in the petrochemical and engineering industries as well.
The petrochemical industry is where our services are of the most relevance. This is particularly the case in
the off-shore environment (oil rigs, gas platforms, etc.) where rope access teams
have drastically cut down on team sizes and resultant man-hours.
